*50% non-refundable deposit required at booking. Balance due two weeks prior to event date.

Inclusions for all receptions:

  1. Full use of the entire facility including: Ballroom; Serving Kitchen including fridge, microwave, NO OVEN ($50 kitchen use fee will be assessed if food not provided by a caterer), Dining Room, Parlors, Bride's Room, the Gardens.
  2. Our staff sets up and takes down all inventory that we provide. 
  3. 10-60" round tables, 3-6' banquet tables, 1-8' banquet table, 7 standing cocktail tables
  4. 100 chairs
  5. Your choice of centerpieces
  6. All on-site decorations inventory including your choice of floor easels, table easels, signs, chalkboards, photo props, card holder
  7. Sound system with wireless microphone
  8. TV  
  9. Personalized consultation
  10. Staff member on site managing event

Discounted linen rentals available

Excellent DJ & MC services provided for $300 (includes consultation to personalize playlist and DJ style events)

Sparklers available for $5 a dozen, includes set up and lighters

4 hour/2 person buffet management for client provided for $150 ($50 extra hour)

Refund/return policy:

White Willow is convinced you will have an unforgettable experience at our facility. While deposits are non-refundable, if after the completion of your event you feel a refund of part/all of your facility fee is warranted, please submit your request in writing to management and we will be happy to discuss your concerns and come to an equitable resolution.
